Romi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Purdue University in 2015, which sparked her passion for therapy. This led her to complete her Master's in Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine. Her therapeutic approach applies a balance of support, warmth and authenticity to create a safe place for her clients. Her genuine and compassionate personality translates in the work she does with her clients and empowers them to discover their true self.
Romi currently specializes in working with children, adolescents, emerging adults and parents. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, relationship & transitional issues, grief & loss, self injurious behavior, trauma and self-esteem. In sessions, Romi draws from a variety of techniques with a patient-centered approach. Romi's passion for helping people find their true potential is fueled in her work. Uniquely, Romi achieves this with her clients by taking a holistic approach through mindfulness and self-compassion with each patient.
